Refund and Compensation Policy

at Growing Gifts we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. it is important to remember, however, that our plants are living and will react to their immediate environment and weather conditions.

Care Instructions are included with every Growing Gift. to increase the lifespan and enjoyment of your plants and trees, we recommend these instructions are followed.

in the case of you not being satisfied with the condition of your Growing Gift, we must be contacted  within 1 week of delivery to assess and resolve the situation.

in the case of major quality issues, such as your item perishing in transit, a replacement item will be sent or a full refund be given upon receipt of photographic evidence. minor quality issues, such as the presentation of your item, will be addressed by our team on a case-by-case basis.

We will assess damages and deterioration of the plant gift on a case-by-case basis related to multiple delivery attempts by the courier where the address is incorrect or there is no one to sign for the gift and lengthy delays occur before re delivery. Our gifts are perishable, fragile and first time delivery is optimal.

Regretfully, we cannot arrange a refund or resend of a Growing Gift to you if the original plants or trees are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for us to assess the cause of the problem.
