DELIVERY INFORMATION Please read all delivery information prior to placing your order.

** PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SOME DELAYS IN COURIER NETWORK DUE TO NATIONAL BLACK FRIDAY SALES - Apologies these delays are with the courier network and not Growing Gifts

Next Day Deliveries / deliveries through the courier depots: In some areas we are still experiencing some minor delays in local and interstate depots caused by shortages of drivers. We cannot always guarantee delivery as per website postode checker. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns and we will endevour to chase delivery our end. 

Same-day Delivery is always an option for a Expedited Delivery in Melbourne Metro Areas (Can be pre-booked at order placement for a future delivery. Its a door-to-door service on the nominated day and does not involve potential delays at the depot)

• Deliveries take place between 8am – 5pm WEEKDAYS ONLY
• Delivery service is based on you placing your order by 12pm AEST week days. We recommend the default ASAP option. We will send your gift out on the next available delivery service. Orders placed after 12pm Friday/Weekends (incl public holidays) will only be dispatched on Monday or Next Working day
• Authorization to leave (ATL) is a requirement of all our deliveries to residential addresses.

Melbourne:Same-day/Expedited delivery closes 12pm daily and can be prebooked prior to required for a guaranteed delivery date: $20.00- $30.00/Gift is dispatched and delivered directly on the day requested

Melbourne: Standard delivery closes 12pm daily: $10.00/Gift is dispatched to courier depot for sorting and delivery (please check postcode checker for delivery window) 
Victoria Regional Centers closes 12pm daily: $15.00/Gift is dispatched to courier depot for sorting/transportation allow +2 working days delivery
Sydney, Adelaide & Canberra closes 12pm daily: $15.00/Gift is dispatched to courier depot for sorting/transportation allow 1-2 working days delivery (Central Coast/ Newcastle/ Wollongong areas allow 2-3 working days)
Brisbane & Gold Coast closes 12pm daily: $20.00/Gift is dispatched to courier depot for sorting/transportation allow 2-3 working days delivery
Sunshine Coast & Central QLD closes 12pm daily: $30.00/Gift is dispatched to courier depot for sorting/transportation allow 3-5 working days delivery (please check postcode checker for delivery window) 

Bulk Delivery Ratesare available for Corporate Orders to single destinations.
Delivery Ratesare per box and are calculated according to weight and volume of gifts. Should your order extensively exceed this 1 box limit, additional charges may be incurred. All additional charges will be notified to the customer prior to delivery.
