COVID-19 & DELIVERY DELAYS 

THERE ARE DELAYS AT THE COURIER DEPOTS AND AT THE INTERSTATE BORDERS THAT ARE AFFECTING OUR DELIVERY LEAD TIMES.  PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT WE ARE BASED IN MELBOURNE AND ARE WORKING UNDER RESTRICTIONS. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS ABOUT A DELIVERY DATE, PLEASE CALL US FIRST TO DISCUSS

SAMEDAY DELIVERY IS ALWAYS AN OPTION FOR AN EXPEDITED DELIVERY IN MELBOURNE  METRO AREAS (CAN BE BOOKED FOR A FUTURE DELIVERY ITS A DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE NO DELAYS)

• Deliveries take place between 8am – 5pm WEEKDAYS ONLY
• Delivery service is based on you placing your order by  12pm AEST week days. Please check when you need to place your order by to achieve the delivery date you require. We recommend the  ASAP option. We will send your gift out on the next available delivery service. Orders placed after 12pm Friday/Weekends (incl public holidays) will only be dispatched on Monday or Next Working day

Delivery To

Melbourne Metropolitan Same-day/Expedited delivery placed by 12pm midday:   $20.00- $30.00/Gift is dispatched and delivered directly on the day
Melbourne Metropolitan Next-working day placed by 12pm midday:   $10.00/Gift is dispatched to courier depot for sorting and next working day delivery (currently potential delays of 1-2 working days) 
Sydney, Adelaide & Canberra Metropolitan Areas, Victoria Regional Centers placed by 12pm midday:   $15.00/Gift is dispatched to courier depot for transportation /sorting allow 1-2 working days delivery
Brisbane & Gold Coast Metropolitan placed by 12pm midday:   $20.00/Gift is dispatched to courier depot for transportation /sorting allow 2-3 working days delivery
Outer Vic Regional Areas:   $25.00 - this delivery service is through a third party courier service. A llow  2-4  working days delivery. tracking on request (not currently available)
Sunshine Coast & North QLD Metropolitan Areas placed by 12pm midday:   $30.00/Gift is dispatched to courier depot for transportation /sorting allow 3-5 working days delivery

Please note  Authorization to leave the gift is a requirement of all our deliveries to residential addresses . 

For same day delivery to other Melbourne Metropolitan Areas. Please  contact us  for a quotation.
Bulk Delivery Ratesare available for Corporate Orders to single destinations.
Delivery Ratesare per box and are calculated according to weight and volume of gifts. Should your order extensively exceed this 1 box limit, additional charges may be incurred. All additional charges will be notified to the customer prior to delivery.
