Terms and Conditions

1. All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
2. Prices include all local taxes, where applicable.
3. We will only deliver a quality gift. There may be instances where plant substitutions may be necessary. Customers can be assured that in these instances the gift delivered will closely resemble the one featured on our website.
4. Ordering and Delivery details must be accurate; any changes may incur additional fees. All additional fees will be notified to the customer prior to delivery.
5. In the event that your gift cannot be delivered to the address provided (due to an error in the address details on the order or the recipient is not at the address) a minimum handling fee of $5.00 will be added to the redelivery charge.
6. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of a Growing Gift to you if the original plants or trees are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for us to assess the cause of the problem.
7. Growing Gifts donates 5% of all sales of their Native Gift Tree Range to Greening Australia. Conditions do apply for bulk Corporate orders.
8. WARNING
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence
• To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years(Penalty exceeds $6000)
• For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or received liquor (Penalty exceeds $500.) Liquor Licence No 36099845
9. Alcohol can only be delivered when it is acompanied with a plant gift order.

Growing Gifts by Miller & Brown is a unique Australian website offering environmentally friendly gift ideas.
our eco-friendly native tree gifts, water wise succulents & feng shui plants are perfect gifts to mark any occasion. We proudly support Greening Australia by donating 5% of the sale price of our native tree gifts to this organisation. In this way when you send a native tree gift you not only delight the recipient but will continue Growing Gifts commitment to a sustainable future for our environment. 

With an emphasis on the innovative nature of the business we develop products collaboratively with local growers and artists. Our gifts are all lovingly hand selected & hand packed with a great deal of care. We use natural materials that not only look fantastic, but ensure that your gift arrives safely looking beautiful. 

Delivery: we deliver to the metropolitan areas of Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast, Townsville & Cairns. We also deliver to most of regional Victoria. Delivery times for Growing Gifts are daily between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on the weekend. 

Order Deadlines: Please note orders close at 12pm each day for next day delivery. Orders for Same Day Delivery close at 10am. Same Day Delivery Service is available to Melbourne CBD only.
