Delivery

Deliveries take place between 9am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). You select the exact date that you wish your gift to be delivered on the order form and we shall endeavour to meet it. We do not deliver on the weekends

Same Day Delivery Service Melbourne CBD for $20.00 This is a 4 hour service. Please note if a Same Day delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect delivery address being provided or if access to the address is not possible an additional charge equal to the Same Day charge will apply for return of the gift to our offices.

For Same Day delivery to other Melbourne Metropolitan Areas please contact us for a quotation.

Delivery Rates
Delivery rates are calculated according to weight and volume of Gifts. Should your order exceed this limit, additional charges may be incurred. All additional charges will be notified to the customer prior to delivery.

Bulk Delivery Rates are available for Corporate Orders to single destinations.

No one at Delivery Address
We have an Authorisation to leave parcel option in the Delivery section of the order form. It is recommended that you choose this option. This means that the driver has permission to leave the gift in a sheltered and safe spot or with a neighbor if no-one is in.

If you do not choose this option and no one is at the delivery address to receive the gift, then the gift will be returned to the depot. A calling card will be left requesting the Recipient to contact the Courier to make alternative arrangements. In these circumstances an additional delivery fee may be incurred.

Changes to delivery details
If your order has not been dispatched it may be possible to change the details. Please contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery details.

In the event that your gift cannot be delivered to the address provided (due to an error in the address details on the order or the recipient is not at the address) a minimum handling fee of $5.00 will be added to the redelivery charge.

Delivery: we deliver to the metropolitan areas of Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast, Townsville & Cairns. We also deliver to most of regional Victoria. Delivery times for Growing Gifts are daily between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on the weekend. 

Order Deadlines: Please note orders close at 12pm each day for next day delivery. Orders for Same Day Delivery close at 10am. Same Day Delivery Service is available to Melbourne CBD only.
